Insight Mental Health and Psychological Testing
A Word From our founder
I have worked in the mental health field since 2008. During that time, I have provided psychological assessments and therapy services for people ranging from children into adulthood. I have worked with people having intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as the chronic and seriously mentally ill.
My goal is to bring everything I’ve learned, and continue to learn, to the task of helping you find peace either through psychological testing that helps determine the diagnosis that may procure services for your condition or through therapy that provides the insight you need to develop new habits of more healthy thinking, more effective living, and better relationships.
Being a human, I don’t come to you in perfection; as each of us has our own story; however, I do come to the table with a set of skills that can help you approach your thinking in more healthy ways and emerge a healthier person. I utilize a wide variety of therapeutic skills in my practice ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as well as Person-centered skills to tie them all together in an effective approach.

By nature, I’m a listener. I enjoy a deep conversation, gaining insight, connection, and watching people grow. If you decide to come work with me, please be ready to come do the work. I can’t promise you it will be easy. An effective therapeutic experience requires time, effort, and the willingness to engage the journey into self-discovery. I’m ready to join the journey with you.

A Word From Greg Hardin
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
My name is Greg Hardin, and it has been my joy to work as a mental health counselor and guide helping individuals, couples, and families for over 24 years. I have never seen a time when the daily stresses of life combined with the fast pace of change have created more conflict and disruption for individuals and families.
It takes real courage to confront change and face life’s challenges with faith and confidence that the future can be better than the present or the past. Throughout my life I have been fortunate to have mentors and encouragers who provided the wisdom and discernment needed to take major steps forward.
My journey has included both successes and missteps. Often it was the mistakes that gave me the greatest motivation to grow and change. I discovered that lasting transformation usually happens one small step at a time — through a series of intentional decisions that gradually move us toward healing and strength.
At one point I realized I had to stop blaming circumstances or simply dreaming about a better future. Real change required taking action — the courage to take the next step toward healing and hope.
